We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions if is needed to return the item and on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Art Prints, Framed Art Prints can only be replaced/refunded if the print is damaged during delivery. The damaged print would need to be posted back to the print shop and then a replacement or refund would be issued at no cost to you.
Products refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to email@example.com and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Our prints and products are custom-made to order unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. At this time, we don't offer size exchanges.

We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
