Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.
Art Prints, Framed Art Prints can only be replaced/refunded if the print is damaged during delivery. The damaged print would need to be posted back to the print shop and then a replacement or refund would be issued at no cost to you.
Products refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Our prints and products are custom made to order unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. At this time, we don't offer size exchanges.
